POLICIES:

Extra paper stock required: min 20%

Engraving extra stock required: 1 pc per 20 pc (minimum 2 pc no matter the base number)

Rush fee: within 1 workday: 100%, within 3 workdays: 50%

Minimum order - studio work: 3 000 DKK

Minimum order - on-site event: 4 hrs

Work booking deposit: 50% unless agreed differently in advance

Cancellation fee up to a week before the event: 50% of the total amount

Cancellation fee later than a week before the event: 100% of the total amount

Invoice payment within 30 days after invoice delivery

Late payment fee: 10% of the total amount / every starting week

Materials / photos can be used (not giving away full personal info -such as address of clients - on our own)

Delivery and VAT not included

Exact quote is always custom made

Custom font may be an addition

Information (names etc.) will be spelled exactly as appear when sent by client
